Booking Details

Free Transfer from Thongsala pier to resort for bookings of 3 days or more.
50 Baht transfer from the resort to Thongsala Pier.
All room prices are for 2 people.
Extra guests are charged 200 THB for Fan rooms and 300 THB for Air Con rooms.
Some rooms can accommodate 3 guests and some rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests - please apply for details and availability.
WiFi is available free of charge within the bar / reception / lounge area.
Breakfast is EXCLUDED and can be booked for 120 Baht per person (1 American breakfast during the day).
Safety Box is available at reception (free of charge).

Booking Restrictions

Full Moon reservations: minimum stay 4 nights.
Christmas reservations: minimum stay 5 nights.
New Year reservations: minimum stay 7 nights.
There is a compulsory gala dinner at New Year which is charged at 1,700 Baht per person.

Internet Cafe and Wi-Fi in restaurant area (free of charge).
Tour desk offering boat & bus tickets, boat trips and excursions around the Island.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
